• Pay Package of 33 Cent per Mile to start and empty
• Pay Package of 34 Cent per Mile after 6 months
• Top Pay Package of 35 Cent per Mile after the first year
• Direct Deposit

• One week of paid vacation after the first year and two weeks after five years employment
• Per diem tax advantages
• Conventional tractors with large engines and large sleepers equipped with Qualcomm
• Breakdown Pay of $75.00 per day

• $75.00 holiday pay (for 5 holidays)

We require from all our drivers

• No DWI in past five (5) years
• No felony convictions
• Pay a weekly Qualcomm charge of $20.00 per week
• Be responsible for first $1,000 deductible on cargo, liability, accidents, and trailer damage
• Qualcomm Escrow and insurance of $1,000 to be deducted from your settlement (deducted $50.00 per week)
• Current, valid, class A CDL with reasonably clean driving record
• Pass D.O.T. Drug Screen and physical
• A valid CDL license
• Minimum 2 years OTR verifiable experience
• No drug refusal or positive test
  
• T.W.I.C. card required within 60 days of employment

• Drivers to have a tractor no older than 5 years old.

• Be 25 years old and have 2 years of verifiable OTR experience.
• Pay qualcomm charge of $20.00 per week.
• Be responsible for first $1000 to be deducted on cargo, liability, accidents and trailer damage.
• Qualcomm escrow and insurance of $1000 to be deducted from your settlement (at $50.00 per week)
